NA message space nearing for 100%

Naa PM or messages space twara lo 100. Percent nundi pothundi, ee messages anni save cheyadamu elago telapandi please.

Private Messages page consists of download messages link at the top

select All Folders
for date limitation : select disregard date
select Yes for next two options
for file format : select html or txt file

finally click on the Export button

after exporting & saving the file in your computer / device
check if messages are still stored in trash can

if they are visible then select all of them & delete

I have lost all the messages which I have in the message box, try your own way to get them back please.
