Some random facts about masturbation.

·      Males frequently masturbate than females.

·      During masturbation, the time when they achieve orgasm vary person to person in both sexes.

·      Keep the frequency  4-6 times a week is safe and healthy habit.. You can masturbate even everyday.. But 3 or 4 times daily & regularly is something u should be concerned.

·      Nothing harm in doing masturbation.. You should not be afraid of masturbating, unless it interferes in your daily activities.. If it interferes in your daily activities , then you should seek medical help..
For example: During your working hours , you want to go for a break and masturbate or you are not able to concentrate in your work and thinking of doing it.. Or  you feel like masturbating instantly after seeing something arouse you.. It matters!!

Orgasm is the pleasure derived from the release of  happy feeling harmones from the brain.. So, if you masturbate in excess, the tolerance to harmones released will gets increased over time and you might feel decreased sensitivity after orgasm which stimulates you to do again and again to achieve the pleasure what you had before.

Facts about penis :

Penis size varies among the  human races..

Average length of penis in flaccid (normal) state is 7-10 cms and during erection 12-16 cms in most of the individuals.

When to say it’s a small penis??  Length is less than 4 cms in flaccid state & less than 8 cms in erection.

45% of men feel that they have small penis..

Every individual is unique in this world.. So they should not compare it with others…!! Which may give false ideas on penis size.

How to measure :
Measure length from the top of your penis to the tip of your glans
The top of your penis is where it connects to your pubic bone. The tip of your glans is the round part at the end of your penis. Compress any fat in front of your pubic bone when measuring. Also, don’t include additional length related to a foreskin.
In fatty persons, part of the penis might be buried inside fat folds..

Myths about penis:
·      Only larger penis  can satisfy females.. But its not true..
Even with moderate or small sized penis, you can satisfy female and can make them feel intense, if you use proper methods of adequate foreplay and intercourse techniques.
Studies show most women partners are satisfied with their partner penis size..

·      Penis size can be increased by taking pills, creams.. etc..
It’s a big Noooooo…. Surgery is the only option to increase the penis size.

Many sex related marketing gimmicks has been in TV’s….selling creams , pills and other devices..which of no use other than emptying your pockets..!! So  BEWARE!! Not to try these and waste time…. Idea Idea

Best effective method is tubal sterilization for females...if your family is completed.

Can opt for copper T in females.. which is reversible &  works for years.. but side effect is more for females because of copper T...

Let us know  some facts about Female Masturbation:

I don’t know how many genuine females here & how many are going to read this….

Most females in India are not interested in doing masturbation.. The one who does need more time to achieve climax ,unlike males..

Married  women too masturbate, if the partner’s sex drive is lower  or if the partner is sick/ not available

Female orgasm vary from person to person.. Some females can't even know whether they have achieved orgasm or not.. but say that  they felt good  after masturbation or after sex.. but to the opposite, some females get orgy by crying, laughing, making noise, shivering,  curving the body like a bow!!

Tips/ Facts for girls :

It can find what turns you on:
Some people get turned on by stimulating clit or vagina or  inner thighs, even  nipple... so women can find out what turns them on during masturbation & can ask partner to do the same to get an orgy during sex..

It can be a stress reliever, sleep inducer..

Contractions of pelvic muscles and uterus during orgasm can strengthen your pelvic muscles ..

Can ease menstrual cramps..

Flushes bacteria from cervix reduces infections.. but if you put unclean fingers or things into your vagina,it can introduce infections..!!! So Beware!!!

Stay aware of injuries and consequences:

Males hardly use objects for masturbation,.. But females use many objects at different times  which can cause physical injury.. Play it safe!!

Use safe objects:
Best safer method is using fingers or  a sex toy.. Wash it with antibacterial or soap after use...

While  using  veggies.. do prefer smaller size first.. bigger veggies can cause vaginal tear or other injuries if vigourosly handled..  Wash veggies thoroughly and cover with condom before use, which would be the safer option..

Don't insert easily breakable or pointed objects into your vagina..
From my experience.. I have seen pen , pencils, scale,  torch, bottles, candles, even cork screw , vegetable peeler  which got stuck or broke inside vagina.. which had been taken up for surgeries...
this might harm you mentally & physically.. also your family mentally..
so don't take chances.. choose your device wisely!!! don't hurry up and land up in trouble ..

When you should be concerned?
If you are only masturbating and are ignoring or missing out on physical intimacy with your partner,

If it interferes in your daily activities.. then it could be a sign of a problem.

Excessive or repeated masturbation can cause injury to the genitals.. Handle with Care..

Relax, take your time,  use safe methods and materials ...do it properly and have a nice time!!

CONDOM:

Condom is used by men 12-15 thousand years back.

Ancient condoms are made of sheep bladder & intestine, animal leather, silk!!

In early 19th century, condoms were dispensed only with medical prescriptions!!

Condom is cheap, easily available, very effective, easy to use.

Even females need condoms to cover their sex toys…To be hygienic!!

Main cause of condom failure is USAGE ERROR due to inadequate knowledge.

Myth: Condoms are less effective..
Condoms can prevent 95-98% of pregnancy & 85-90% of STI..
Condoms reduces the chances of cervical cancer too in women..
To prevent STI, condoms should be used in every act of sex!! like oral, anal etc…

• Myth: Condom use is very complicated: Condom can get slip off & easily lost into female vagina or into the uterus and surgery may be needed to take them out..

Condom rarely slips off if used correctly..Approximately 2% of condoms slip off due to incorrect usage..
After ejaculation , withdrawing penis by holding near the rim of condom and withdrawing out minimises slippage..

if it's slipped, it won't go beyond vagina.. can be taken out without surgery...

Breaking of condoms do occur .. if condom pack opened in hurry inappropriately, it might injure the condom inside and breaking occurs.. if it used it might leak after ejaculation..
Condom breaks if there is no lubrication.. remember latex condom nowadays comes with lubricant.. you can use saliva or water as lubricant.. Oil based lubricant products’( baby oil, Vaseline, hand cream, even lipstick!!) can damage latex….

Once if slippage or breakage occurs after ejaculation in vaginal intercourse..female can take emergency contraceptive pills..

Withdrawing out in erect penis also minimizes slippage...

Myth: Condoms cause premature ejaculation..

Condoms help in longer erection and delay ejaculation..

Myths: Condom can cause reduced sensitivity (libido) and cause loss of sexual pleasure …

There is no scientific evidence to suggest this..

Couples can enjoy the sex without fear of pregnancy/ STI if they use condoms.. So they should learn to focus on the sexual pleasure forgetting about the condom inside!!! It will be a big hit..
Can use textured or thin condom to increase stimulation. Use of additional lubricants also can increase pleasure!!!

So Don’t hesitate to use condoms!! Have a nice time….

Safe period:

Most of the people here will be aware of this..

What is safe period?

Safe period is the days predicted along the menstural cycle of the female partner, which gives  less risk of pregnancy after an intercourse.. I.e female is infertile on those days..

This method is suitable only for women having regular menstural cycles and not recommended for irregular cycles..

Physical intimacy & intercourse has become a part  of relationship. Most of the times we will take necessary precautions to avoid pregnancy. But sometimes because of the circumstances will tend to miss those precautions & land up in unnecessary pregnancy.

Few of my friends did the same without knowing the concept of safe period and were asking me for abortion pills after getting conceived..
This brings up a very tough mental stress for the girls and I have seen them how they are emotionally broken down ? …I had referred few girls to the surgical abortion procedure (D&C) after failing of pills..

(P.S: Nowadays medical shop guys are dispensing these pills without prescription., which is harmful. I suggest you to consult a doctor, do a thorough check and also about the dose of these pills)

Hospitals tend to exploit this situation by billing them more.. if they come to know that they are unmarried..which results in financial tension for males..!!

So, just to give an idea I'm writing this up..

Using a condom or any other physical barrier method is safe most of the times.. If you know the concept of safe period , you can have an intercourse without protection to an extent..

However safe period failure rate is 10-25% per year. which is very high compared to other methods..

Remember it won't protect against STI's!!!

Menstural cycle:  In short it is sequence of events happens in the reproductively active female due to the effect of harmones. It makes the uterus and other reproductive structures ready for getting pregnant in a cyclical manner..

Average length of a cycle is 28 days .. but it varies from person to person, it may be short or long..

In a 28 day cycle, egg is released around 12-14 th day (Day 1 is the first day of bleeding). Sometimes  second egg gets released after 24 hours. Released egg is active for 24 hours and later it dies off..

Sperms after deposited in female vagina  is active for 5-7 days…

Considering these facts….Approximately first 7 days  and from day 18 -28  will be considered as safe period…
If any intercourse happens in these days, chance of pregnancy is rare..

So many safe period calculators are available online which gives you the day info. Below is one….
https://safeperiodcalculator.com/

(P.S: You can try the reverse, if you are trying to get pregnant… Best wishes!!!)
