this site itself can be used for posting the videos.
I do not see requirement of a separate videos site.

Interface is not that good as compared to masaladesi.com.
The videos should be visible on homepage then only people will download..

actually there are a number of such video sites focused on India & other countries.
such sites can be easily found by a search on Google or search for "xossip" on quora.com
