In India we think wife swapping with another person is not a good think as it can spoil relationship, but the group sex involving two or more couples is permissible from ancient time. Now the IVF technology is available for artificial incrimination of women's as men might have some problems with fertility, during ancient times the couple's having such fertility problems in male were visits the group sex parties happening in jungals away from villages and will goes for many days or weeks and all they do is sex only with different partners randomly. So the wives might get pregnant with the healthy men, and her husband is also involved in such act so it was not shame full and acceptable.
