There has to be a number of sex scenes between Vikram and  Bavani as that's the main gist of the story. There would be other developments in the story but not all as you mentioned above. Ultimately the story is about the slow degradation of a wife and possible redemption but not in the normal sense. 

Very well and fluently written, the description of the sex scenes detailed and vivid.
I enjoy every single line, because they are incredibly erotic...

If this was not an "erotic story", I would have described Banavi like this:

Immoral, naive, bratty and topped off with disrespect....
These are the behavioural codes of Bavani.

Maybe someone should whisper in Bavani's ear that marriage does not only consist of "vagina and penis". 
There are many other weighty and significant things that make married life what it is.
She behaves like an immature 14 year old brat who has fallen head over heels in love with a boy of the 
same age for the first time and gets an orgasm while briefly holding hands....

Bavani:
