Too long a conversation on single incident also the dialogues are Repetitive and stretched.

I think now the ice cream kand should end and the story should move forward.

Thanks for the feedback! Just couple of questions. 

1.What would you do if you want to put a thought about something in someone's mind such that the person actually think about it very often?
2.What would you do if you are enjoying something and do not want it to end? 

Put yourself in the two characters shoes. If you also analyse the story you will get the answer and also understand which question is related to which character.
