Only what disturbing me is the necessity of Meera to confess these to Desai. She could always keep it secret. I doubt, is she confessing out of guilty conscience. If so, she must do it to Krish also.

Not sure if I have guessed right ... the author Krish is too good and devious ... so won't be surprised if he bowls a complete Warne-esque googly, leaving us all flat-footed with dropped jaws ...
She needs to tell Desai because he won't shut up about wanting to fuck her in front of Krish ... she knows he's manipulative and will use every guile to make it happen before he departs ... and she is very clear in her mind that there is no way she can allow that to happen ... so best to burst the balloon ...
Yes, she will have to tell Krish also ... but she does not know that Krish has already heard her first reason ... and the second reason as outlined by me will not crush Krish ... on the contrary it may help him reconcile his and her fantasies ... then life can be jinga-la-la ...
I expect some showdown drama of sorts in the next chapter ... and some gut wrenching confessions between the couple in the last chapter ... closing with some hot sex and naughty future plans ...
but lets wait and see what Krish the author dishes out ...
