Bro superb Analysis.. its all on authors hand to make a story as superb or average. Average stories we have thousands. But superb stories are very few like Nisha, and Game40, ananthakumar stories. 

if you  potray ur charactors without moral and ethics that will go to average story. only fun part will be there. But if you portray your charactors with strong ethics that will be super category. But its all on authors choice.

Precisely, it is not just morals or ethics but reason/logic as well.

The barrage of comments are actually a testimony how much people like the story, how far they have been impacted by the characters and their actions. The author must feel proud about his accomplishment. 

No one comments or argues with an author for a dud - unimaginative story. They just ignore it and let the story die of its own. BUT NOT HERE!
