Light music was being played, then ceremony began, it was going to consume almost two hours time. After some time kids attending with guests getting bored and were disturbing their parents, where as ladies were interested in program.
There was announcement with sweet voice, to all mothers here is special arrangements for those kids who are bored with program can enjoy playing games, our hostesses will take care of each kids with good amusement programs. You can send your kids for play and you people continue enjoying the program. Now there was sudden rush of all the kids, all of them were taken to play space.
Now there was peace in function place. Ladies were peacefully enjoying the function or were chatting with other people.
Very frequently starters were being served to all the guests. They could enjoy food sitting while watching program. Each guests were being taken care of each of them were attended by caterers repeatedly.

After some time there was another announcement , dear madams we have understood your problems with infants. Please hand over your infants we have arrangement for them also. If you wish to hand over yourbaby you can give them to ourhostesses with tag provided to each baby with your and baby name with your contact number ,they will give their contact number if you wish to call them. There are specially trained nannies and baby sitters available to take care of your baby. They will look after right form feeding till changing diapers. There are cribs and joola if your baby is going sleep. Without any hesitation you can handover your baby to them. If you want to check the arrangement our staff will take them for inspecting.
It was something totally unique usually hosts never think about this aspect. Most of the parents were so happy for the arrangement. Only few bothered to check arrangement when they returned to venue hall most of the parents handed over their babies to our hostesses. Now they could watch the function without any hindrance.
When rituals completed guests started wishing couple ,at the time uncle called me to stage, inevitably I wore my best suit and stand beside couple. As promised uncle introduced me to most of the guests as his nephew and even praised me as I was in charge of the function and he appreciated my talents little more than required.
Some guest were wishing them directly after ceremony and many of the guests first went for dinner to avoid rush they were wishing after dinner. Those who came after dinner were praising the food and the starters and chat were being served while function was running.
Intermittently I took uncle to dining section he was so happy to see all the guest taking and enjoying delicious food. He inquired how no beggars are seen, there is separate arrangement for beggars they are being served meals in separate pedal. And their menu is also different one sweet and rice sambar is being served to them , they are also happy as for the first time in history they are being served food instead of sending them and shouting at them. See uncle actually they deserve food than our actual guests. Those people are hungry and food is necessary for them. I took him to that place we could see how contended they were. When I introduced them that he is the host they blessed him. Uncle became sentimental again after having been blessed by poor and hungry people blessing with full stomach.
Uncle embraced me tightly and thanked for thinking in most appreciable way. How much our guests are appreciating the food and arrangement is one part and these poor people showing their satisfaction and blessing is more than that.

Slowly guests started going back when there were hardly any guests left behind uncle took mamata aunt to the place where beggars dining section, aunt was shocked and even objected how come you are serving them directly here. Then uncle explained why it was necessary then aunt did accept it and she too appreciated. We came back to our dining section still there were many people having dinner peacefully and enjoying delicacies.
Caterer arranged table for family members, we all had food together. Mamata aunt was eating food in such a way that she was tasting each item critically examining the taste. Caterer chief got the hint, no need to check madam we got appreciation from most of the guests and in fact I do need your certification also.
Uncle and aunt together thanked him for the best and tasty food. He said thank our little boss for selecting menu and he kept tasting each and every item critically and asked me to add anything that was required and I think he is the best cheff.
Actually I have served many customers in my life this is the first time our host and master testing and tasting like this. In fact initially I got irritated but after doing needed correction I could read guests expression that they are having the best food.

And who are these women working as hostesses he asked curiously. I had asked our decorator and caterer both didn’t know who are they. From where did you bring these girls and women who are taking so much care.

First I introduced rama aunt who is head of our garments and then other staff. There are some girls as well elderly ladies , elderly ladies were in charge of infants and children play section where as most of the girls were doing job of hostess.
Uncle became so happy and he praised all of them for the best service they provided. Mamata aunt took a bundle of currency and handed it to rama aunt asking her to distribute money to all the staff.
Rama aunt along with other staff nicely refused to accept money saying they didn’t do it for sake of money. But they did thinking that it is shree family function we can’t take anything from them. despite of convincing by uncle and aunt they refused. On insistence from the couple rama aunt said if at all they are so impressed and feel indebted they would ask some social help when they need it uncle was bit amazed by her request and he readily accepted it. Your staff is great shree they too think on the same line as you think, it is because of him sir he has impressed us all and once we realized how helpful he is to others we too are trying to follow his ideas.

Ashok uncle took care of all the crew and saw to it that they enjoyed food in his company. Slowly rest of the people vacated after wishing uncle I too wanted to go back but he made me wait for some more time.
Me and ashok were sitting in lawn spesaking leisurely he was telling that the function was grand success all the people were impressed by arrangement and choice of menu and the service everything. Then mamata aunt joined us, she had gone to see of the last guest. She too repeated same words, how is my selection hubby did I do right thing to entrust responsibility to shree.
