Ranjit cant take the custody as he is a drunkard and cant save his wife. He left her to become nude in front of his collegues. How will he take care of children.

Ranjeet is not a drunkard. Both he and his wife drunk that party.so poromo also drunkard? 
 Drinking in party  doesn't mean he is drunkard . He did not approve his wife adventure. He tried to stop it and even shown displeasure to poroma and she understood the same. But if he do it other will intervine. He can not be physical infront of others. Even he tried to be physical I don't think pormo will stop it. She is well aware of what is happening and what are the consequences. . Afterall she is an adult and she understood that husband is not willing for this game but still her ego play a role. She is adamant.  Occasional drinking can't be a barrier for child custody. I have seen numerous cases won by the fathers in favour when mother is adultreous and having girl child. Ranjeet can easily prove his wife's adultery as many people have video and photos of the game.
Also it evident that she don't care about her lactating kid as she Left with someone for sex. So ground rules in court is set against poromo. So custody will be given to ranjeet if he moves legally
