Really the characters fell out of place krish. 
The story could have been exciting if you didn't let desai and meera togetherness on anniversary night and let it happen some other time but u don't have choice as the couple decided that would be the last time. 
But meera is such a caring towards krish always but she forgot about anniversary and easily had sex with desai. Once meera worried so much even for a small wound caused to krish but now she herself openly insulted him infront of others saying that he knew about it and also she doesn't have any guilt even after seeing krish which is very unreal of her and finally said she is trying to move on...lol,how many times she would move on. But she was sorry for desai as she misjudged him. 
Krish was very reluctant to it even after catching them and he knew about the indebtedness still you want him to accept desai offer. 
Forcefully you are making him do everything that's killing the excitement which we enjoyed in second part of this series. 

Hereafter really the excitement in the story lost, but we continue with you till the end for your commitment to it. For me personally,  desai character lost it's weight the moment he used voice recorder in couple bedroom.
