Hi. Such artists could be a plenty.. Go to a tattoo parlor which is far away from your home, or in a different city.. See if there is an isolated room there... Mostly tattoo parlors should have... Tell the artist that you want to have a temp/permanent tattoo on her legs, thighs, shoulder etc but you would prefer to do in a separate... So once inside the room, slowly up the ante...
Alternatively, you can go to a nearby city, book a hotel, bring a tattoo/mehandi wala to your room...
