I don't want to paint the devil on the wall, but I have the feeling that Meera and Desai were 
in cahoots after all, and planned this "LUNCH!" together.

What prompted me to think this?
Because,

* Meera was strongly opposed to Krish driving her to the restaurant and staying nearby, 
so that he could react if Desai was tempted to go through with his plan (to seduche Meera).
* She put on a saree for the meeting because Desai wanted her to.
* Desai spoke of three possibilities, but was confident that he will have Meera in the end. 
He even told Krish will give up the money when it comes to lunch with Meera. This is an indication
of an elaborate plan in which Meera would have to be involved in all cases.
* Desai would know about the fire, (from where and from whom?) because he was behind it 
to keep Krish busy and to keep him from following Meera.

Why did Meera go along with this?
What made her go along with it?
1 - She wanted to put an end to it, so that in the future she and Krish would not be bothered anymore.
2 - She wanted to fuck Desai extensively for the last time to pursue her desire and then close
this chapter (Desai) once and for all...

I think that the money would be taken from Meera and given back to Desai.
This must have been the last part of the plan...

How will Krish react to this?
What will be his reaction when Meera reveals to him how and with what trickery she deceived
him and cheated again?
